Emergency preparedness expo

The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce will host an emergency preparedness expo from 8:30-11 a.m. June 14 at the Beaufort Hilton Garden Inn, 1500 Queen Street. The event is designed to help individuals and business owners prepare for a hurricane. Tickets are $15 for chamber members and $20 for non-members. Coffee and breakfast will be provided. Mitchelville Preservation Project will celebrate its third annual Juneteenth on June 17 at Fish Haul Park, 229 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island.
